Within two hours a very friendly and helpful man (Billy), called to the house as arranged, gave me a quote which was very competitive and fitted the shower there and then. Absolutely spot on service! I'd called these guys in an emergency as our electric shower had suddenly decided to stop producing hot water. An appointment was made within 48hours, and after diagnosing the issue with the shower (in layman's terms, it was knackered which is what I had assumed as well as the shower casing was a good 15 years old at least), they fitted in a new one at a very reasonable price in under an hour.
